Two Methods for Mold Testing

There are two basic ways to test for mold, once you suspect you have a mold contamination problem but can’t see anything growing.

1.) Test the air
Use an inexpensive mold test kit to screen all the rooms in the house. This gives you a baseline of mold spores in each room. Find the room with the highest amount of mold and begin your search there. Go to www.moldcheck.com.

2.) Test the walls
Use an inexpensive moisture meter (coming soon) to probe the walls, floors and ceilings in the suspect room(s). When you find the damp spot you also found the mold. Go to www.moldcheck.com.
